This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms on the ground floor provide a pleasant garden view and offer a comfortable double bed. The location is perfect, just a short walk down the street from the historical park entrance. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

It was so clean and quiet. Every room is cozy and smells very good.(smells mint. :) ) The swimming pool and bamboo hammock were enough to relax. After long walk around historical park, I've been in and around the pool and got massage.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from night market or convinient store. When it's dark, it's little bit scared.

The guest house's location is ideal, as it is close to the ancient city ruins and just a short walk from Sukhothai park entrance. It is also located opposite to the park and across a bridge, providing beautiful views. the rooms have been renovated and offer a comfortable stay. the service is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious. the guest house features a lovely pool and relaxation area.

One downside is that WiFi is not provided for free.

Very helpful stuff. Fantastic breakfasts - bananas, coconut pancakes and unlimited coffee. Nice pool and clean rooms. Great value for the money. Plus its almost IN the old city walls.

Located near the historical city and authentic restaurants with delicious local food. The woman who welcomed us was very friendly and prepared a tasty breakfast. We also appreciated the well-maintained garden where we could relax.

The room was small and smelly with an uncomfortable mattress. Wifi is not free and you need to pay to get access.

Location, proximity to heritage site. Breakfast supplied was excellent.

The beligerent attitute of the owner Paolo when posed a question re our booking. Mattresses were far too hard, prevented us sleeping well.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever used, may as well have been lying on a slab of rock!

I had a fantastic stay in this guest house. The location was perfect, just near the historical park, allowing me to explore from sunrise to sunset. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing tips on where to find the best views and offering great advice on renting bicycles and getting bus tickets. The breakfast was refreshing and plentiful, and the room with the double bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was remarkable, and the garden with the pool provided a rustic yet comfortable place to relax. It was definitely great value for money.

This hotel offers a great breakfast and comfortable accommodations. the location is also prime - easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. the pool was a nice touch for a romantic escape.

The owner was not very accommodating when it came to storing luggage on the day of checkout, limiting the activities we could do on our last day. the lack of hospitality and flexibility was quite disappointing.
